Speaker Bio
Caitlin McNeily is the Executive Vice President of Consultant Relations at The Lactation Network, leading the team who works closely with the company’s thousands of IBCLCs located in all 50 states. Her goal is to provide IBCLCs with clinical support, infrastructure and resources needed to run their private practices and make comprehensive lactation care the standard of care. She is also an active member of TLN's leadership team and collaborates on strategy, goals, and the long-term vision for the company.
Prior to TLN, Caitlin spent her career in medical device sales and has experience in a variety of different specialties but focused on women’s health, OB products specifically. She feels proud and lucky to promote real change in the lives of growing families. Graymont Medical first tapped Caitlin in 2014 to develop their breast pump DME leading to the creation of Ashland Breast Pumps. It was through this work, connecting with new parents desperate for help, that led to The Lactation Network.
The best part of her job has been seeing the development of TLN from when the first breast pump was sent out the door to the organization it is today, knowing they have impacted hundreds of thousands of families leading to a ripple effect today and years from now that cannot be overstated. Caitlin is a proud mom to three, Matty (14), Annie (12) and Tommy ( 8) , and that role has informed everything about who she is today. They are why she is passionate about mission-driven work and her experiences nursing and pumping each of them were vastly different. She knows that IBCLC care would’ve made each experience better in different ways and the care she has witnessed TLN provide to families, some even in her own family, is typically described the same: “it was a game-changer.” Outside of work, she loves to eat good food and cook, spend time with her family and friends, see live music, watch her children at the lake with their cousins and travel.
