Speaker Bio
Sarah Kellogg Neff is CEO of The Lactation Network, where she leads the purpose-driven team in their mission to make lactation care accessible and inclusive. Prior to originating her position at TLN, Sarah held various roles in marketing and strategy, and boasts multiple degrees including an MSc in philosophy and public policy from The London School of Economics and a JD from Indiana University. Sarah brings a strong sense of service to TLN, something she credits to her late parents, her father, a Vietnam War veteran, and her mother, an early childhood development professional. It is this sense of service that led her to pursue her legal degree, hoping to become a federal prosecutor out of high school, and now flows through all of her work at the helm of TLN. Sarah believes that every family deserves expert lactation care and is hellbent on changing the fourth trimester for the better. At TLN, she oversees a high-caliber team, keeping them focused, motivated, and set up for success, ensuring the company’s mission is always on the horizon. She is proud to spend each day as a conscientious steward of the brand, advocating for both families and the network’s thousands of International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants. Under her tenure, the company has tripled in size. Prior to joining TLN, Sarah was Chief Marketing Officer at Graymont Medical and before that Vice President of Strategy at Yakkety Yak, named one of Inc. magazine’s 2020 fastest growing companies in the Midwest, and Chief Strategy Officer at Mabbly, the #1 B2B agency to watch in Illinois in 2019. Sarah is from Coldwater, Michigan, where she was actively involved in her high school, serving as class president and captain of the national championship-winning mock trial team, as well as valedictorian of her class. A proud Wolverine, Sarah holds an undergraduate degree with distinction in political science and history from the University of Michigan. In her free time, Sarah is a mentor at Chicago’s famed 1871, advising early-stage founders in brand strategy and development across the healthcare, retail, and online gaming industries. She lives in Bucktown with her husband and 9-year-old Weimaraner, Sloane.
